Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the electronics securely in their original packaging, including all cables and accessories.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
